Return Policy – 7 Point Naturals

RETURN POLICY

 

We we stand behind out products 100% and we make returns easy, however; there are a few things to know: 

If you are having any issues with an order and wish to return a 7 Point Naturals product, start by contacting customer service at info@7pointnaturals.com. A written return authorization is required from a 7 Point Naturals to be eligible for a refund. We stand behind our products and if for any reason you are not satisfied you may contact us for a full refund minus shipping costs within a full 30 days of the initial purchase date.  All products purchased through the 7pointnaturals.com have a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.  

 

If you are not satisfied with any product, follow these guidelines to receive a refund:

1. Contact info@7pointnaturals.com or call (877) 786-0114 within 30 days of purchase.

2. Provide feedback regarding your return.

3. Mail back product in question with your name and order number included. 4. Once we receive your product a refund will be given.

Please Note: We cannot offer a refund on any products purchased from third party websites or retailers.  If you purchased our product through a distributor or retailer, you are required to contact the original purchase location for any return or exchange. Refunds will not be given on products that are defective due to personal negligence. These products should be stored at room temperature and out of reach of pets and children. Products that are damaged or lost during shipment will be replaced at no cost to the customer.  We will require a picture of the damaged product for verification.

Refunds Due to Shipping:

– USPS does not guarantee the shipment of your product in a specified time.

– Priority Mail Flat Rate is a 1 to 3-day shipping service

– Priority Mail Express is a 1 to 2-day expedited service

We do not guarantee the shipment will make it in these time frames and we do not offer shipping refunds due to products not making it within the specified times.

If a product is ordered on the weekend it will ship on the next business day. 

 

We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing hemp extracts.  If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any benefits or use these products may provide. If you purchased the wrong product we will offer a return or exchange once we receive the unopened product. Per our refund policy, we require the return of any open or unopened product that is being refunded:

**The return shipping fee will be at the responsibility of the customer. Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the refund.

Please include a note with your name and order number in your return package so we may expedite your transaction.

Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing.  After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
